US Hole In One tries to make purchasing hole in one insurance as easy as possible! For some it is a new and exciting thing for their golf tournaments which does lead to questions. and they have questions. US Hole In One completely understands that when it is your first time purchasing, or maybe your third, questions always come up. Here are a few answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we get here at US Hole In One about hole in one insurance.

What is the minimum yardage for my grand prize hole?

• The yardage for the Grand Prize Hole must always be AT LEAST 150 yards for men/135 yards for women. If the prize value reaches $50,000, that yardages increases to 160 yards for men/145 yards for women. For grand prizes $100,000 or greater, the yardage MUST be at least 165 yards for men/150 yards for women.

What are the yardage requirements for the bonus hole in one prizes?

•  The yardage for the bonus holes can NEVER be less than 130 yards for men/115 yards for women.

What about the ladies? Do they need to tee off from the same distance as the men?

• Women may shoot at a distance of up to fifteen (15) yards less than where the men tee off.

What if I do not know my exact number of golfers, can I make a change?

• Changes to number of golfers, hole number, hole distance, prize value, etc., requires written notification to US Hole In One prior to the start of the event. This can be either via e-mail at changes@usholeinone.com or fax at 610-525-8004.

What if it rains the day of my tournament and we need to move it to a new day or cancel it all together?

• Any cancellation or rescheduling of the event requires written notification NO later than the first business day after the event. If you are cancelling you will receive a refund minus a $40 cancellation fee.

What is included in the hole in one prize package?

• The hole in one prize package includes hole in one bonus prizes for all of the other par-3’s on the course in addition to the grand prize hole in one.  The minimum yardage on those holes is 130 yards for the men and wherever you decide to place those tees the ladies can also play up to 15 yards closer. The standard bonus prizes are: – Sharp LCD Flat Screen TV – Callaway Irons – 2 Round-trip Domestic Airline Tickets. OR you have the choice to upgrade to the premium which are – Apple iPad, Nano & $100 Apple Gift Card – Set of Callaway Irons & Woods –  $750 Visa Gift Card.
• You will receive a sign for the hole in one grand prize, which we will print a sponsor name on for you, the tournament name or you can email over to us a high resolution logo. Also, you will receive signs for the bonus hole in one prizes.
• Complimentary gifts for every golfer in your tournament. The free golf clubs are from Warrior Golf.  Each golfer will have a choice of a wedge or a hybrid.  The clubs are valued at $200 and the golfers just have to pay the shipping fee if they choose to redeem the certificate.  The shipping on the wedge is $11.85 and for the hybrid it is $23.50. Each golfer will also receive a $10 off coupon from Golfsmith.com.
• FREE shipping as long as US Hole In One receives your application outside of 10 days of your tournament date.
