There is no need to worry, US Hole in One can still get your coverage in place. You really only need a small amount of time to get coverage for your golf tournament from US Hole in One. However, a hole in one insurance application is always necessary in order to secure hole in one coverage for your golf tournament. When it comes to hole in one insurance you can receive a quote and get coverage all in one day! There is not long waiting period for the insurance to go into effect. So once US Hole In One receives your completed application, we will issue your hole in one coverage that very same day. Here at US Hole In One we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We can literally bind coverage at any point before the tournament, as long as the tournament has not started, up until the first golfer tees off, we can get you covered!

Obviously it is better to give yourself some time to make sure you can take full advantage of what we have to offer. Waiting until the last minute is not always a good option, but if last minute is your only option, we will be more than happy to secure your coverage. The sooner we receive your application at US Hole In One, via fax or email, or an online application, the sooner you can be set to go. If we do receive your application at least ten days prior to your tournament, we can easily guarantee that you will receive the hole in one insurance and the contest signs in plenty of time for your special event. Plus, if you do have your hole in one insurance application in hand at least ten days out, you can avoid the shipping for those contest signs.

Once your event gets within 24 hours of its start, or you place your order over the weekend for that Monday, we cannot guarantee that you will have the hole in one insurance contest signs you may want to promote that event. We can still secure your coverage for the event, and we would be happy to accept your application up until your first golfer tees off. However, for the best planning advice, and the most success with your event, do give us as much time as possible to process your application and ship your signs out to you for your golf tournament so you can enjoy the benefits of your entire hole in one package!
