If you are new to hole in one insurance, there are three major pieces of information that you will need in order to receive a price quote from US Hole In One. The first will be the number of golfers you are anticipating for the tournament. No one will no the exact number of golfers when they are ready to purchase hole in one insurance so keep in mind that you can change the number of golfers up until the morning of the tournament. The change will need to be in writing, either email or fax, before the event starts.

The second piece of information that we will need to know is the yardage of the par-3 hole you have selected for the Grand Prize hole in one. Selecting the par-3 is something that you and/or your golf committee will choose. As long as the yardage meets the proper requirements for your prize value then that hole is fine with US Hole In One. The minimum yardage is 150 yards for prizes under $50,000.

The third and final piece of information necessary to obtain a price quote from US Hole In One is the value of the Grand Prize hole in one you wish to offer to your golfers. Like the yardage of the par-3, the value of the Grand Prize is completely up to you. Many customers love doing cash simply because it’s the easiest hole in one insurance option. If you would prefer to offer a new vehicle or a motorcycle or a boat and you would like to have it displayed at the golf course on the day of your tournament you would just need to set that up with a dealer in your area.

Once you have these three pieces of information you are ready to contact US Hole In One and get your hole in one insurance price quote. You will also want to provide your tournament consultant with the name of your business or organization and your current contact information. Once we have that information we will email you over a price quote along with the hole in one insurance application that you would need to fax back into our office to get the insurance in place.
